Naturists are some of the friendliest and engaged people on the planet.
I was thinking about that after posting my Christmas message here and reading the responses from subscribers.
I think you’ll see a common theme in the conversations in the comments sections on all the naturism sites in substack: people are passionate about naturism, and they love to engage in conversations related to it.
In our monthly open forums here, which are designed precisely to engage people in conversations, I often introduce subjects that readers can pick up on. But, as I most always say, the open forums are for members to talk about all things related to social nudism and naturism and you don’t necessarily have to talk about the subjects I introduce in the posts.
This month, I’m keeping my comments lite in the spirit of the season.
I wish you all a Happy New Year!
Or as many naturists prefer to say, Happy Nude Year!
Peace and love . . .

Happy Nude Year!
I am very much looking forward to that this year. 2024 provided no time for nude trips. I was able to dip in my pool after work and dry naturally in the sun and breeze. This year I am promising myself two days at a nude resort, and at least two nights on a nude camping trip.
Blessings to all, and again happy nude year.
My thought for the year - the greatest enemy of naturism is … fashion. We can’t move for the marketing-industrial complex telling us how this colour or that style is the must for this week/month/season and just look at what that celebrity is wearing and this is where to get it!! Naturism only has one “fashion” design, it’s a classic but it never changes.
Once upon a time clothes were invented, and the next day they were being dismissed as “so yesterday, darling, you really need something other than those fig leaves”.
The tyranny of “fashion” assaults us at every turn of the page, click of the button, swipe of the screen. Naturists of the world resist, you have nothing to lose (because you’ve taken it off already)!!
