Naturists in the Durham region of England are upset — outraged, according to reports — about the arrest of a gentleman who was simply strolling in the countryside, albeit naked.

Apparently, it is not illegal to do so there if it is passive public nudity, meaning there is no intention to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
